Downloading Problem and others

Problem 1: Download

MegaUpload Link : Your IP address is download a file ******** bytes size please try again later .
( I dint download anything tried later still same )

Z-Share: Download dint move or took 5hr -.- , the problem is either me or the link so tell me.

Problem 2: Hamachi [ www.download.cnet.com] <--- Link i download

Downloaded it and install but nothing appear on my C:/ or Program Files.
Tried pressing create a shortcut but nothing appears on my Desktop.
